When I was in the basement, he removed the bottom drawer of the stove to put a bait box behind the stove. I came up seeing him close the drawer and I said ‘no, I can pull the stove out’. He said he already put the box back there. The thing is now we can’t get the drawer to open and the way it’s supposed to. We ask that next time you send a different technician over.

Excellent experience! Called around 4pm the night before our service was scheduled and said he was nearby if we wanted it taken care of sooner. Came by 15 minutes later and sprayed and scraped a hornets nest off the side of the house. Quick, professional, and courteous! While I hope we won’t need to, I would absolutely use them again!

Then I knocked down any Cobb webs or old wasps nests from around home then applied a liquid application around exterior foundations, doors, windowsills, and under siding this application will help continue to control any ants and spring/summer invaders.
